Website Subscription for Premium

SwipePoint Premium is available through in-app subscriptions and the official SwipePoint website. Purchase channels, features, and subscription terms vary by plan. Check the Premium plans page and the purchase page for current details.

Subscription Channels

  • In-app subscription: Subscribe through the iOS App Store or Android Google Play. The app store processes payments, renewals, and cancellations. Receipt and invoice options depend on the store and your region.
  • Website subscription: Subscribe through the purchase page on the official SwipePoint website. A third-party payment provider processes the payment. Available electronic invoice options are shown on the purchase page, including options for company reimbursement.

Purchase a Website Subscription

👉 Open the Premium website purchase page

Before purchasing, confirm the plan, subscription period, quantity, login account, and invoice details. Then follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the purchase page with the same account you use in the SwipePoint app.
  2. Select a Premium plan and quantity. Ă—1 represents one subscription period.
  3. Select an electronic invoice type and enter the required information.
  4. Read the purchase terms and select “I have read and agree to the purchase terms.”
  5. Select “Purchase Online,” choose a payment method, and complete the payment.
  6. Keep the order confirmation and electronic invoice notice for future reference.

Website Subscription Rules

  • One subscription channel per account: A SwipePoint account cannot use an in-app subscription and a website subscription at the same time. This prevents duplicate charges and access conflicts.
  • Switching channels: To move from an in-app subscription to a website subscription, first turn off automatic renewal in the App Store or Google Play, then purchase the website subscription.
  • Subscription continuity: If automatic renewal is off but the in-app subscription is still active, you may purchase a website subscription in advance. The website subscription begins when the in-app subscription expires, preventing a service gap or overlapping terms.

Important Website Subscription Terms

No cancellation during the active term: Once a website subscription takes effect, it cannot be canceled within SwipePoint during the subscription term. Access continues until the expiration date.

No automatic renewal: A website subscription does not renew or charge you automatically. An administrator must purchase another term to continue the subscription.

For refund requests or rights provided by applicable law, follow the terms shown on the purchase page and applicable regulations, or contact SwipePoint support for assistance.

Sign In with the Same Account

When purchasing on the website, use the same login account as the SwipePoint app.

  • If you sign in to SwipePoint with an Apple Account, use that same Apple Account on the purchase website.
  • If you sign in with a Google Account or another method, use the same sign-in method and account on the purchase website.

Using a different account may prevent the subscription status from syncing and keep Premium benefits from being applied to your existing account.

Premium Plans and Screen Status

  • Plan benefits: Ad-free plans remove ads. Plans that include cloud storage support features such as file uploads. Benefits depend on the plan you purchase.
  • Not subscribed: The Premium screen shows available plans and upgrade options.
  • In-app subscription: The screen shows the current status and expiration date. Manage cancellation or plan changes in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Website subscription: The screen shows the website subscription status and relevant dates without offering the same subscription again.
  • Subscription transition: If an in-app subscription is still active and a website subscription has been purchased in advance, the screen shows the current expiration date and the scheduled start date of the website subscription.
