Clock-In Records (No Schedule)
Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock-In Records (No Schedule)
Users (employees) can select "Clock-In Records (No Schedule)" from the Clock-In Mode home page to open their personal no-schedule clock-in records. This page lets users view and manage records created when no schedule was selected.
"Clock-In Records (No Schedule)" only displays records created without a selected schedule.

- GPS Location: The latitude and longitude or address recorded at the time of the clock-in.
- Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi hotspot connected at the time of the clock-in.

View Clock-In Records
Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock-In Records (No Schedule)
By default, this page displays the user's no-schedule clock-in records from the first day of the current month through today. Icons and markers indicate each record's status:
- Purple clock: Overtime clock-in.
- Dark blue M: A clock-in record manually added by an administrator.
- Orange A: A correction clock-in record that has not yet been approved.
- Light blue A: An approved correction clock-in record.
A correction clock-in record with an orange A is excluded from exported data until it is approved. After approval, the icon changes to a light blue A and the record is included in exported data.

Total Hours Calculation (No Schedule)
Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock-In Records (No Schedule) > Total Hours
"Total Hours" is the accumulated time calculated by subtracting each "Clock-In" time from its corresponding "Clock-Out" time within the selected date range. Because no work periods are predefined for no-schedule clock-ins, the system calculates the duration of each paired "Clock-In" and "Clock-Out" record.
Common Issues
- Incomplete clock-in records
- If a "Clock-In" has no corresponding "Clock-Out," or only a "Clock-Out" exists, the total hours may be calculated incorrectly.
- Complete the missing record as soon as possible to avoid affecting attendance and payroll calculations.
- Duplicate clock-in records
- If multiple "Clock-In" or "Clock-Out" records appear in the same period, the system may calculate an incorrect duration.
- Delete unnecessary or duplicate records to ensure the total hours are accurate.
- Missing clock-in records
- A missed clock-in prevents the "Clock-In" and "Clock-Out" records from forming a complete pair.
- Use the "Correction Clock-In" feature to add the missing record, or ask an administrator to add it in Management Mode.
Recommended Practices
- After each clock-in, confirm that the system displays the recorded time and a successful status.
- Regularly review "Clock-In Records (No Schedule)." If you find a duplicate or missing record, correct it promptly or notify an administrator.
Following these practices reduces errors in no-schedule total-hour calculations and improves the accuracy of attendance records.
