Home > Admin Mode > Organizations

On the Home page in Admin Mode, tap the three-line menu in the upper-left corner to open Organizations & Mode. Administrators can perform the following actions here:

  • Create a New Organization: Tap Create a New Organization, then enter an organization name to create it.
  • Switch Organizations: View and switch among organizations that the administrator has created or joined.
  • Switch Modes: If the administrator is a creator or has administrator permissions, they can switch between Clock-in Mode and Admin Mode.
  • Version Number: View the currently installed version of SwipePoint.

Create a New Organization

Home > Admin Mode > Create a New Organization

On the Home page in Admin Mode, tap the three-line menu and select Create a New Organization. On the new organization page, enter the organization name and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to create the organization. The administrator who creates it automatically becomes its creator.


Delete an Organization

Home > Admin Mode > Organizations > My Organization > Delete Organization

On the Home page in Admin Mode, tap Organizations, select My Organization, and then tap Delete Organization to open the deletion page. You can also find Delete Organization at the bottom of the My Organization page.

Only the organization creator can delete an organization they created. Top-level administrators and other administrators cannot delete an organization.


Organization List

Home > Admin Mode > Organization List

On the Home page in Admin Mode, tap the three-line menu to view the organization list. The list includes every organization the administrator has created or joined. Tap an organization name to switch to it. If the administrator is the organization's creator, a person icon appears to the right of its name. If there is no person icon, the administrator is an administrator or user (employee) in that organization, but not its creator.
